2.2 One Account Per Person. Each User is permitted to hold one (1) ur999 Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. ur999 may close all duplicate accounts, withhold associated balances, and permanently ban any User found to have created multiple accounts.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a verifiable date of birth. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles ur999 to close your Account and void any winnings.
2.4 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using ur999 is lawful in your location. ur999 makes no representation that the platform is available or compliant with the laws of any specific region within Pakistan. Users access ur999 at their own legal risk and responsibility.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ur999 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. ur999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify ur999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our support team via the live chat function within your Account dashboard.
3.3 Personal Use. ur999 Accounts are for personal, recreational use only. Commercial use of an Account, or use on behalf of any third party or business entity, is prohibited without the express written consent of ur999.
3.4 KYC Verification. ur999 requires completion of KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal. You must provide a copy of your CNIC and any additional documents requested by ur999. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe stipulated by ur999 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.1 Accepted Methods. ur999 accepts PKR deposits and processes PKR withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available methods and minimum transaction amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your ur999 Account and are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Deposits. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your ur999 Wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times. ur999 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ur999 Account. ur999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be subject to a processing period as communicated in the Cashier section.
4.4 Currency. All ur999 Wallet balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ur999 does not perform currency conversion and does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.5 No Illegal Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your ur999 Wallet are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. ur999 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required.
5.1 General. ur999 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from Bonus Funds.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered through the stated number of times before they or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Where a User holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds are wagered first unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 Abuse. ur999 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to close an Account, where it reasonably determines that a User has abused the bonus system, including by opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, by engaging in coordinated betting to circumvent wagering requirements, or by otherwise acting in bad faith with respect to ur999 promotions.
5.4 Changes. ur999 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Acceptance. All bets and wagers placed on ur999 are subject to ur999's specific game and sports betting rules, which are accessible within the relevant product sections of the Platform. ur999 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
6.2 Errors. In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest pricing error resulting in the acceptance of a bet at incorrect odds or terms, ur999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's Wallet. ur999 will not honour winnings arising from a manifest error.
6.3 PSL and Cricket Markets. ur999's cricket betting and PSL markets are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). ur999 makes no guarantee of the continued availability of any specific market or fixture, and reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time.
6.4 Responsible Betting. Users are encouraged to set personal betting limits within their ur999 Account. ur999 is a gaming entertainment service and not a financial product. No representation is made that any bet will yield a profit.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ur999 and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the ur999 Platform, including but not limited to logos, branding, game software, graphics, text, page designs, and data compilations, is the proprietary property of ur999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ur999 Platform solely for your personal, recreational use. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any ur999 content without the prior written consent of ur999.
9.1 Platform Availability. ur999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, or force majeure events may affect service availability. ur999 will not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability.
9.2 Gaming Losses. ur999 accepts no liability for any financial loss incurred through use of the Platform's Gaming Products. All gaming and betting activity is conducted at the User's sole risk.
9.3 Third-Party Services. ur999 integrates third-party payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) and game content providers. ur999 is not liable for delays, errors, or outages attributable to these third parties.
9.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ur999's total liability to any User arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 Age Verification. ur999 is strictly an 18+ service. ur999 employs age verification procedures at registration and periodically thereafter. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
